Spring Quail Ranch Wedding | Stacie + Phil
Located on a hilltop in Simi Valley, California, Quail Ranch has quickly become one of my favorite wedding venues in Ventura County. Between the breathtaking views of rolling golden hills, avocado tree orchard, and beautifully manicured home, Quail Ranch is a venue that delivers in every way and Stacie and Phil’s wedding was no exception!
Stacie and Phil chose the perfect location for their wedding, hosting around eighty guests total. I had such an amazing time documenting the day! Stacie and her bridesmaids got ready at the guest house by the pool where I took photos of them preparing for the day. Phil and the groomsmen were getting ready in the “Groom Room”, a sophisticated and masculine room attached to the main house that included a pool table, fireplace, and couches for their enjoyment(awesome lodge vibes). Just behind the Groom Room was a gorgeous courtyard where they had their first-look surrounded by lush greenery and flowers.
When it was time for the afternoon wedding ceremony, the guests all headed down to the lower lawn at the bottom of the sweeping staircase. Their ceremony couldn’t have been any sweeter! We immediately took family photos at the staircase afterwards before everyone went back to the main house for the rest of the evening. For the bride and groom portraits we took full advantage of the field overlooking the hills as well as down by the orchard during golden hour. The dining area was perfect and I could see just how good of a time everyone was having! As Stacie and Phil’s epic wedding day came to an end, the two were greeted by a vintage Rolls Royce as their getaway car- so cool! I am absolutely in love with how these images turned out!
